6. Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of your original materials. We retain ownership of our designs, templates, code, and other intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, you get full rights to use the final deliverables for your business.

Both parties agree to keep all shared project or business information confidential and not disclose it to anyone outside the project.

8. Disclaimer

We perform services professionally and to the best of our ability. However, we do not guarantee specific results such as sales growth or search engine rankings. All services are provided “as is.”

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses such as loss of data, profit, or business opportunity. Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.
